Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Air Duct Cleaning Before & After in Queens, NY
Photographs tell the truth faster than any claim we could make. The inside of a duct system is out of sight, so most Queens homeowners never see what they’re breathing until we show them the before and after images from their own project. We document every job because accountability matters more than adjectives.

Heavy Dust and Construction Debris in a Forest Hills Co-op
Before
AfterThe problem: a Forest Hills co-op had undergone hallway renovations, and the negative-pressure work had pulled drywall dust and plaster particles deep into the supply ducts. The homeowner reported a fine white film on furniture within 48 hours of cleaning. We ran our Rotobrush negative-pressure extraction system through every supply and return line, then sealed access points and verified the result with a camera inspection. The after footage showed bare galvanized metal and a dust-free plenum.
Pet Hair and Dander Accumulation in an Astoria Pre-War Apartment
Before
AfterThe problem: an Astoria pre-war building had original ductwork that had never been opened since installation. Two cats and a long-haired dog had contributed to a matted layer of hair, dander, and lint that reduced airflow by roughly 40 percent by our measurement. We used a Nikro agitation whip to break up the compacted material, then extracted it all with negative pressure. Airflow was restored to the bedroom register, and the homeowner said the apartment stopped smelling like a litter box within a day.
Dryer Vent Lint Trap Bypass and Blockage in a Bayside Single-Family Home
Before
AfterThe problem: a Bayside homeowner’s dryer was taking two full cycles to dry a single load. The lint trap bypass, the section of duct between the dryer and the wall connection, had packed with a dense, hardened lint plug. The dryer vent run was also restricted 60 percent along its 18-foot path to the exterior. We cleared the bypass by hand, then ran a rotary brush through the full run and removed the accumulated debris. Dry time dropped back to a single cycle, and the exterior vent flap moved freely again.
Mold Surface Growth on Supply Registers in a Long Island City Condo

The problem: a Long Island City condo near the waterfront had visible dark spotting on the supply registers and a musty smell coming from the vents. High humidity from the East River had created condensation inside the duct boots, and surface mold had taken hold on the register grilles and the first few inches of duct liner. We removed and sanitized the registers, used an Abatement Technologies HEPA-filtered vacuum to capture loose spores, and treated the accessible duct surfaces with an EPA-registered antimicrobial. The homeowner’s air-quality follow-up showed spore counts back to normal levels.
Full System Neglect in a Flushing Single-Family Home

The problem: a Flushing home built in the 1990s had never had the ducts cleaned. The return ducts were lined with a thick gray felt of dust, pet hair, and pest droppings from a past mouse issue. The supply side had visible dust being blown onto window sills near the registers. We cleaned every supply and return line, replaced the furnace filter, and fogged the system with a Guardsman sanitizing treatment. The homeowner later told us the dust on her wood floors had stopped reappearing after two days.
Post-Renovation Sawdust and Paint Overspray in a Ridgewood Brownstone

The problem: a Ridgewood brownstone owner had just finished a kitchen renovation and noticed a persistent chemical smell. The contractors had left the ducts uncovered during sanding and painting, which pulled sawdust and paint particulates into the system. We ran a full negative-pressure extraction with agitation on all lines, and used the camera to confirm that the interior surfaces were clean down to bare metal. The odor cleared the same day.
